Course Plan

Course Duration :

  • 3 months
  • 40 hours of live sessions +
  • 30 hours of recorded video sessions (additional) to cover basic grammar.

Timetable

  • 2 days a week
  • Every Tuesday - 8.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. &
  • Every Friday - 8.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Course Coverage :

Context Based Language Practice Sessions

Session 01 Handle small casual business conversations.  
Session 02 Interview your Customer.  
Session 03 Talk to your customer at Business Inspection / Property Valuation.  
Session 04 Talk about your customer’s Financial Statements  
Session 05 Negotiate with your customers (Handling a neutral customer Vs. a problem-customer)  
Session 06 Addressing your team.
a) Setting goals and assigning work
b) Obtain feedback, Monitor and Review Progress.
 
Session 07 Conduct Awareness Programmes / Training Sessions.  
Session 08 Presentations at Manager Conference (Preparation + Presenting)  
Session 09 One to one sessions with superiors.  
Session 10 Formal Business Talks
a) Know more businesses and talk about them
b) Develop conversations about industry news.
 
Session 11 Enhance the effectiveness of your business correspondence (Letters, emails etc.)  
Session 12 Preparing and presenting reports and write-ups.  
Session 13 Participate in Panel Discussions.  
Session 14 Your Speech at a public event.
